The Rhode Island Partnerships for Success project has a simple but bold mission statement: to improve educational opportunities and future prospects for all Rhode Island students. As part of this mission, the working group identified four key statewide goals:

• Strengthen linkages between PK-12 schools and
  post-secondary institutions
• Improve student (PK-16) achievement through strategic partnerships
• Enrich students' (PK-16) community experience in RI through
  civic engagement activities
• Support more RI students' early preparation and guidance
  for college and the workforce
